Our Story
Castleberry Properties boasts a rich, three-generation history in construction. It all began with my grandfather, Corb Castleberry, who started as a framer on Army barracks for Camp Hood (now Fort Cavazos) in the 1940s. My father, Clyde, continued the legacy after attending Texas A&M, founding his own construction company in Central Texas in 1959, which evolved into Castleberry Properties, Ltd.
Today, we have built hundreds of homes across Lampasas, Burnet, and Central Texas.
As a third-generation builder, I've been immersed in the home construction business from a young age, accompanying my father to jobsites before school and helping in the afternoons. I started by cleaning up sites and stacking materials, completing my first solo project at 18 in 1985.
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1989, I've built my business on trust and integrity, gaining experience in everything from small starter homes to large custom homes, commercial projects, and development. I'm excited to see my son, Connor, continue the Castleberry tradition into the next generation.
